Computer issues

I haven't been able to post anything lately because we haven't had the internet for two weeks. It just stopped working. We've called Dell several times to see if they could help fix it, but none of their solutions work. But we have a million other problems with our computer and we have a technician coming to our house this week to replace the motherboard, the hard drive, the keyboard, and the AC adapter - they are pretty much replacing the computer so we've been in the process of backing everything up on an external hard drive. I've had nothing but problems with this computer since I bought it! Hopefully by the weekend we will have a functional computer and I do a post.
