Timp attempt

During our Elko trip we decided it would be really fun to hike Mt. Timp with Matt and Becca. So 2 weeks ago we made all the preparations and set out on our journey (with additions, Becca's siblings Scott and Jane). The hike didn't start off very well as the rain started falling right when we got out of the car. Not a lot, but just enough to get us wet and make the trail muddy. After hiking for 2.5 miles we realized we had taken the wrong trail! Since we needed to be back by 2, we decided we wouldn't have enough time (or energy) to go back to the trailhead and start over. So we decided that to make ourselves feel better we would treat ourselves to french toast at Kneaders when we got back. Sadly enough, we missed the breakfast deadline by 20 minutes and they weren't serving it anymore so we settled on Denny's. But we're going to give another go at Mt. Timp this weekend when Matt and Becca come up for the BYU game. This time we will go left instead of right.
